RLT Pathways, Inc. is a Colorado non-profit dedicated to providing counseling, psychotherapy, pastoral counseling, coaching and consulting to individuals, couples, families, groups, and non-profit organizations.

Cathryn Williams, NCC, LPC, is a nationally certified and licensed professional counselor qualified in individual, couples and group therapy.  As a counselor, mentor and public speaker, Cathy has been passionate about helping others live to their fullest potential.  Working with non-profit organizations whose focus is on sexual assault and sexual abuse, Cathy has been trained as a specialist in working with adult survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, PTSD, survivors of complex trauma, and issues related to addiction recovery. Cathy is a trained practitioner of EMDR.


Cathy has also worked closely with individuals in the LGBTQ community, understanding the significant difficulties faced by these individuals and their families.  Cathy has a passion to encourage them to live authentic lives.


Mentoring single parents and couples, presenting parenting workshops, survivor workshops, and seminars on living a purposeful life, Cathy desires to help individuals find their strengths and provide the guidance they need to move forward with wisdom and confidence.

Paula Stone Williams is a keynote speaker on issues related to gender discrimination and gender identity.  Her three TED talks have been viewed over 6 million times.  She has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, NPR, People Magazine, Good Morning America, CNN, Jada Pinkett Smith's Red Table Talk, and many other media outlets.  Over the past two years she has spoken in over 250 events in 30 states and eight foreign countries.


Paula is also a Co-Pastor at Left Hand Church in Longmont, Colorado.


With RLT Pathways, Paula provides individual pastoral counseling, ministerial coaching, church consultation and assistance with non-profit board development.  Paula holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastor Care.
