Cathryn Williams, NCC, LPCC, is a nationally certified counselor qualified in individual, couples and group therapy. As a counselor, mentor and public speaker, Cathy has been passionate about helping others live to their fullest potential. Working with non-profit organizations whose focus is on sexual assault and sexual abuse, Cathy has been trained as a specialist in working with adult survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, PTSD, survivors of complex trauma, and issues related to the LGBTQ community.
As a former New York and Colorado public school teacher, Cathy spent years working with families to help their children succeed in school. After retiring from teaching, with the encouragement of her peers and the families with which she worked, Cathy went back to school to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Regis University in Denver, CO.
Cathy has worked closely with individuals in the LGBTQ community, understanding the significant difficulties faced by these individuals and their families. Cathy has a passion to encourage them to live authentic lives.
Mentoring single parents and couples, presenting parenting workshops, survivor workshops, and seminars on living a purposeful life, Cathy desires to help individuals find their strengths and provide the guidance they need to move forward with wisdom and confidence.

Rev. Dr. Paula Stone Williams served for 35 years as the Chairman and CEO of a New York based national non-profit ministry. She also worked as a magazine columnist and editor, a preaching pastor, and an adoption caseworker.
Paula is now a church consultant, coach, and pastoral counselor who specializes in utilization of the DiSC test. She serves as member of the Board of Directors of the Gay Christian Network, Inc., as a pastoral coach with the Center for Progressive Renewal, and with the church planting outreach of OPEN, a progressive Evangelical ministry. Paula is a member of Highlands Church in Denver, Colorado, where she leads the church planting team and preaches occasionally.
With RLT Pathways, Paula provides individual pastoral counseling, ministerial coaching, church consultation and assistance with non-profit board development. Paula holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastor Care.
